Your Values: Customer Service, Quality, and Teamwork How Responsibilities: Working side by side with your client stakeholders and internal project teams to deliver the best designs for each project Balancing multiple project requirements without breaking a sweat Coordinating with all project stakeholders - architects, engineers, and clients - consistently and skillfully Providing load calculations and energy analysis on projects Selecting and scheduling equipment Submitting weekly project reports, attending the weekly internal status meetings, and providing accurate progress billing information to accounting Issuing change requests when required Navigating changes, risks, and other construction messiness to the satisfaction of the contractor/owner and our company Requirements: BS in Mechanical Engineering and 2+ years of professional experience as an HVAC/plumbing mechanical engineer- bonus points if you have your PE Demonstrated experience with HVAC in new construction, re-engineering, and retrofit projects - and the portfolio to prove it Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and load software - we use Carrier Hourly Analysis Program (HAP) Ability to hold team members accountable for their tasks and inspire their best efforts - you enjoy transferring your knowledge Naturally self-directed, resourceful, with an agile mind - you can adapt and convey shifting priorities Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to set and make deadlines Outcome-focused, results-oriented, and an unshakably positive attitude A special interest in historical restoration projects - because we do a lot of them Salary + Benefits: Salary of $65,000-$90,000 and unmatched professional growth Incredible suite of benefits The opportunity to work with a market leader, doing what you do best A modified work schedule with every other Friday off (Feb-Oct) Dog-friendly office Quick access to hiking and mountain biking trails from our front door Free parking
