Medical Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Medical Assistant with experience in ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) to join our team. The role involves providing patient care, managing administrative tasks, and supporting clinical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Obtain and record patient medical histories, vital signs, test results, and other relevant information while maintaining strict confidentiality.

• Administrative Coordination: Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, patient check-in/check-out, and maintaining accurate medical records.

• Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms for examinations and assist practitioners with medical procedures and patient care.

• Compassionate Assistance: Provide compassionate support and attention to patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.

• Medication Management: Prepare and administer medications for patients as directed by physicians.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.

• Previous experience in ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ENT or specialty practice is a plus.
