The M.A. may administer intramuscular, subcutaneous or intra-dermal injections and may perform skin tests, administer oral medication, venipunctures and skin punctures for blood specimens.Minimum Requirements1. Medical Assistant diploma required. High School graduate or equivalent preferred.2. Prior experience as a Medical Assistant and working with the frail elderly preferred. 3. Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location required.4.
