Top rated specialty medical group in West Hills, CA has an immediate opening for an experienced Medical Front Office. Position is working all front office with blood draws experience in a Cardiology Medical Group.
Summary:
Position: Medical Front Office with Cardiology background!
Facility: Cardiology
Location: West Hills, CA
Pay: $20.00- $21.00 per hour DOE
Days: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Must have background in Cardiology!
Bilingual, Spanish is a plus!
Responsibilities: Assist with front office, work with physicians and management staff Greeting, answer phones, enter patient demographics in system Strong front office office & Cardiology background! Assist with majority front office, work with management staff Document chief complaint/medical history/update medication list Request/Gather all necessary data for each patient medical record Maintain a clean/organized work area including lobby and reception area Check in, Collect Co-pays Stock office/medical supplies and request supply orders timely based on inventory needs Position Requirements Qualifications: Minimum 2 years Paid Experience in a Medical Setting High School Diploma or Equivalent Must be organized, detailed, and professional Verbal and written communication skills EMR skills required Previous Cardiology background

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Position requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Some patient assistance will be required. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone and other office equipment is also required. Employee must have normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
