Western Wisconsin Health is looking for a full-time Medical Lab Technician or Medical Technologist (0.75 FTE) to join our Laboratory. The Medical Lab Technician or Medical Technologist would be responsible for obtaining lab samples, performs accurately and efficiently all ordered lab work. All of this is done to support the organization's mission while living our values.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technician from an accredited institution and eligible for certification from ASCP or have up to six years of laboratory training or experience or both; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification from Board of Registry from ASCP or NCA for MLT or CLT - If not certified, will need to gain certification with 6 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications: Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business and patient information Display and promote high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organizational standards Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills Working knowledge of electronic medical records Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently Work schedule: 0.75 FTE - 60 hours per biweekly pay period Afternoon/early evening shift hours Weekend and Holiday rotation ABOUT WESTERN WISCONSIN HEALTH
