Patient Care Coordinator position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Santa Monica Fertility, located in Santa Monica, CA. This is a full-Time position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with required weekend and holiday rotation, working 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and check in patients, verify information, and direct them to appropriate departments. Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with clinical staff. Maintain patient records, process billing information, and handle insurance verifications. Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area. Other duties and project as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a medical office preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or front-office clinic setting (preferred). Experience in women's health or fertility settings (preferred). BLS Certified required Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$20.00 and $25.00 hourly
The compensation rate for this position is $20.00 and $25.00 per hour.Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
