Responsibilities Review & evaluate our clients' health care plan needs Make recommendations obtaining supplemental insurance Understanding their options for prescription drug, vision and dental Independently work of data entry, e-filing, document scanning, and other office duties as requested by the Department Director

Qualifications Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English Minimum 1 year of in health insurance field is preferred Licensed in health insurance is a plus Proficient in computer skills - MS Office: Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professional phone etiquette Salary & Benefits Comprehensive health insurance (covering medical, dental, vision, and HSA) including spouses and dependents. 401(k) plan with employer matching. 6 days Paid Sick Leave per year, available to use after 3 months of employment. 10 days PTO in the first year, available after 3 months, and increase based on anniversary until reaching a cap. Paid holidays, paid jury duty, paid training. Starting salary ranging from $4,700 ~ $6,500/month, based on experience/location, with potential raises post-probation.
