We are dedicated to providing high-quality mental health and chemical dependency services. Our mission is to empower individuals and families to achieve their optimal well-being through comprehensive and compassionate care. Our clients range from early childhood to senior adults. Our diverse expertise allows us to treat a wide array of mental health and chemical dependency issues, healing not just the individual but also bringing the entire family back to balanced emotional health.

We are looking for part-time or full-time, positive-thinking clinical therapists to work with individuals and families throughout our service area during evenings and weekends.

*What Youll Do:*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs, strengths, and barriers.
* Work alongside clients and families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
* Provide individual and family therapy sessions.
* Offer timely crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.
* Evaluate client progress and treatment strategies for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with community representatives and/or family members on behalf of the clients needs.

*What Were Looking For:*
* *Education:* Bachelors/masters degree in social work or counseling from an accredited college or institution (Required).
* *Licensure:* LSW/LISW, LPC/LPCC (Required).
* *Experience:* Proven experience in mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and resource coordination.
* *Skills:* Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport, and familiarity with community resources.
* *Competence:* Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 40 per week

Ability to Relocate:
* Chardon, OH 44024: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:
* 50% (Required)
