**POSITION SUMMARY**
The Merchandise Sales Manager at Bell Bank Park Powered by Legacy Sports USA is a key member that will provide an exceptional experience at Bell Bank Park.
The Merchandise Manager is a critical member of the Legacy Sports USA team, responsible for executing all day-to-day functions of the Legacy Sports USA's various merchandise locations. This individual will report to our Director of Merchandise/Retail Operations and will seek to maximize the potential of the merchandise business.

Bell Bank Park, powered by Legacy Sports USA is a 320-acre multi-use family, sport and entertainment complex of outdoor and indoor team athletic facilities geared toward high-energy entertainment and sports in Mesa, Arizona and growing by the day. **PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES**
* Act as an ambassador in all Legacy Sports USA merchandise locations, greeting and assisting all guests with any questions, concerns, or requests
* Ensure that guests and team members follow all facility and safety policies, informing management of any issues
* Conduct product fulfillment for in-venue stores, ecommerce, and internal requests in an efficient and timely manner
* Maintain proper inventory levels, assist with stocking, and work cross-functionally with all organizational teams to achieve financial goals.
* Ensure that customers are receiving an exceptional fan experience
* Manage customer service inquiries and issues
* Strategically seek out new mobile and/or non-traditional events aimed at increasing overall retail revenue
* Routinely stock and organize merchandise and faces items on shelves
* Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming merchandise, sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges
* Manage, train and assist employees in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions. Support other Team members as needed or as business needs dictate
* Effectively schedule and direct the workload of the retail staff, including: work schedules, posting the schedules weekly for the staff and assure staff performs tasks at an acceptable level
* All other duties as assigned

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
* Some High School education or equivalent
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in retail management, preferably in sports merchandise
* Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands
* Experience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add, subtract multiply and divide
* Proven customer service skills and communication skills; able to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures
* Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen.
* Previous experience demonstrating strong customer service
* Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of tasks with minimal direction
* Previous experience with cash transactions and Point of Sale systems
* Proven teamwork skills
* Enthusiastic and energetic
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
* Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
* Able to bend, stretch, and twist
* Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
* Able to perform duties comfortably in an active and noisy environment
