Technical Resource to Manage workorders related to manufacturing equipment. Area of focus: Safety, Quality, PM execution, Corrective and
Reactive (emergency), Projects as well Continuous Improvement Activities...

1. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance
with safety standards.
2. Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
3. Document maintenance activities and equipment performance in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
4. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement equipment upgrades and modifications.
5. Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and maintenance practices relevant to medical device
manufacturing.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Performs installation, maintenance, and repairs on line manufacturing or plant equipment.
Locates and diagnoses failures, replaces defective components, and performs basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.
Maintains appropriate maintenance and repair logs.
Uses a variety of hand, power, and test tools and equipment.
May redesign optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing manufacturing equipment.
May estimate labor and equipment costs and prepare requisitions as required.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements:
Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.

Knowledge in Automation Systems (Vision, PLC, HMI's, Robots, Sensors, IIA)
Six Sigma & LEAN Training (Yellow Belt)
