Project Management skills.
Shift: 12 hrs I Night shift and according to business needs.
Experience in: Update electrical design packages including (URS), (FS), (DS), wiring diagrams, and P&ID.
PLC Controller and HMI programming skills.
Batch Process Control and recipe management and Distributed I/O configuration and troubleshooting.
Rockwell Automation Factory Talk & ControlLogix PLC Platform.
Siemens TIA Portal HMI and S7 Controllers.

Bring it on! AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and teaching end users about their automated systems.
Under general supervision will evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.
Perform assignments that have clear and specific objectives and require investigation of limited number of variables.
Function as a technical expert to equipment or systems regarding troubleshooting operations.
Work with Research, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Process Development, Utilities, Facilities, Quality Assurance and/or Validation departments.
Generate rudimentary project cost estimates and schedules.
Develop process control applications utilizing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Distributed Control Systems, Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems (SCADA).
Familiarity with industry standards for batch control systems, software development life cycle methodologies, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, automation or process issues in the field. Operate specialized laboratory equipment and computers as appropriate .
