Job SummaryWe are seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead our Nutrition Team in a Senior Living setting in Park Ridge, IL.We pay professional dues for our RDs including CDR fees, Academy or ASPEN annual membership and state license fees Touchpoint encourages our clinical dietitians to pursue advanced clinical certifications such as CDCES, CNSC, CSO, etc. We offer a $2,500 one-time salary increase for successfully obtaining an advanced certification. Key Responsibilities:Establishes goals and oversees implementation of clinical nutrition care based upon the facility's medical direction and patient/ resident populationAssesses the nutritional status of patients/residents through documentation in the medical recordHires, leads, directs, coaches, trains, and develops nutrition team membersTrains and mentor's patient/resident services staff and interns as applicableFosters teamwork and establishes effective strategies to implement innovative programs leading to optimal clinical nutrition and financial outcomesMonitors competency, productivity, and documentation accuracy of clinical staffAssigns and directs the workload of the clinical nutrition staff.
