Job Description: We are seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates with at least three (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation. The positions are available in our Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, or Washington D.C. offices. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are necessary. In-house candidates are welcome to apply, provided they have previous law firm experience. Out-of-state candidates are also welcome. NY bar admission is preferred but not required.

Compensation Range: $260,000 - $390,000
The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors such as qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location. Eligible employees may receive a discretionary performance-based bonus. More details on benefits and bonuses are available upon request.
