Mortgage Loan Processor Trainee

Previous experience in residential mortgage loan processing
Knowledge in FHA, VA, Rural Development and Fannie Mae Guidelines
Experience using a mortgage LOS (MortgageBot, Encompass or BytePro)
Willingness to work with a paperless loan file
Strong phone, verbal communication and time management skills
Skillful and adaptable listener
Goal oriented and customer focus
Knowledge in computers and Microsoft Office products
Fully Bilingual (written and oral)
Availability to work remotely (Computer & Fast Internet Connection required)
