They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Black Canyon City, AZ.Daily reporting for MOT operations.Tracking and scheduling subcontractors.MOT shift could be night, swing or day's. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS The ideal candidate is someone who can manage an entire project, and understands civil construction, and/or has experience in civil engineering. There will be multiple self-perform crews, and you will assist in managing subcontractors, managing schedules and attending meetings with the owner's reps. PERKS OF JOINING JLM

Compensation: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour
