Job Summary As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, we are looking for someone with excellent sales service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to drive sales. In the car business, you are selling something people need: transportation; here, you are selling what people want: passion, adrenaline, adventure, and freedom.
Duties Include: Having exceptional customer service from the time a customer walks in to when they leave
Create new and used sales quotas to exceed on a regular basis
Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
Keeping the CRM System updated
Maintaining a clean, appealing showroom floor
Sell and provide the fun and excitement of the Harley Davidson brand!
What we offer: Pay plans with endless earning potential est. between $60,000-$90,000/year (base + commission) Annual income increases
