Neuro Unit LPN Seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our Neurology (Inpatient) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, brain tumor, and neurosurgery procedures. This role involves medication administration, patient assessments, collaboration with the care team, and fostering a culture of teamwork and communication.
Administer medications and IV piggybacks Assist with trach care and dressing changes Communicate with physicians to coordinate patient care Provide patient education and reinforcement of discharge instructions
