Night Shift Behavioral Health Technician

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Full-Time Night Shift Behavioral Health Technicians. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, maintain a safe working environment, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care as assigned by the Registered Nurse. Observe and report patient condition changes to the Charge Nurse/RN. Intervene appropriately in patient behavioral crisis situations. Assist patients with activities of daily living as needed. Facilitate educational and activity groups based on patient needs. Monitor vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent One year of acute inpatient psychiatric care experience preferred.
