About the Opportunity Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 8:30am to 5pm Setting: Outpatient Patient volume: 15-20 patients per day Responsibilities:

The Primary Care Provider (NP / PA) will be responsible for: Conducting routine physical examinations and health assessments for adult patient population. Providing preventive care, including immunizations and screenings.
