Schedule: Open 7 days per week (Sunday through Saturday) including weekends & holidays. Shifts include/will rotate: 7:00am - 3:30pm, 10:30AM- 7:00PM, 11:30am- 8:00pm, 1:30pm - 10:00pm
32 hour schedule (eligible for $1,600 sign-on bonus)- Four (4) shifts per week. This Nutrition Technician - Feeding Room Prep will be responsible for: Assisting the Clinical Dietitian in providing the optimal nutritional care to patients, which can include formula preparation and food related tasks. Preparing specialized breastmilk nutrition by preparing diets of donor human milk; skim human milk, or high calorie hind milk. Assisting in inventory of breastmilk, formulas, supplements and supplies. Utilizes appropriate equipment such as Creamatocrit and Centrifuge for specialized preparation. To qualify, you must have: High school diploma or GED equivalent, Associate's degree from an ACEND accredited program or currently enrolled in Didactic Program in Dietetics from an ACEND accredited program preferred. Certification in ServSafe is preferred. Analytical skills to resolve problems that require the use of basic scientific, mathematical, computer or technical principles. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations. Proficiency in a nutrient analysis programs.
