Key Responsibilities: Perform all tasks in a professional, environmentally conscious, and safety-focused manner. Ensure efficiency, reliability, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Gather equipment and instrumentation data, manually adjust valves as needed. Monitor and manage operational systems, responding promptly to any issues or emergencies. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various equipment, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. Conduct predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance as required. Oversee operations and maintenance activities on shift without direct supervision. Provide direction to team members in operating and maintaining facility equipment. Make operational decisions guided by procedures, regulations, and sound judgment based on available data. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational or maintenance role, ideally within the power generation industry. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience with steam or combustion turbine systems is an advantage. Familiarity with distributed control systems (DCS) is a plus. Ability to work independently with strong accountability and ownership of tasks. Proficient in the operation and maintenance of a combustion turbine station, including auxiliary systems. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. Competency with Microsoft Office and related software tools. Knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance practices. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and performing tasks that involve walking, bending, climbing ladders, and kneeling. PandoLogic.
