Ory Custom Florals (www.orycustomflorals.com) is committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated part-time Office Assistant to join our team and help streamline our operations while providing outstanding customer support.

Job Summary: The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing email inquiries, providing billing information, and supporting our accounting needs using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, competent, and possess strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and manage incoming email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate billing information and assist clients with any billing-related questions.
Enter and maintain accounting data using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist with general office tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Collaborate with organizations members to improve office efficiency and customer service.
Uphold a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred.
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
