Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes. Verify data by comparing it to source documents. Update existing data. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
Requisitos:
Requirements: Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) · 1-2 years of experience working in data Entry is preferred
· Intermediate MS Excel skills
· A self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced office setting
· Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
