• You will provide general clerical support performing routine activities under general supervision with defined procedures.
• Prepares the setting for project meetings online or presence, including room and hard copy handouts to be distributed.
• Scan Documents and Drawings as requested then file the document into the document control system per established process.
• Filling in hardcopy documents if needed.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping standards.
• Perform any other general clerical functions as needed.
• Providing technical support to the program management team regarding systems used to manage project information. Including overall functionality of the document control system.
• Upon receipt of any document, you will review it for completeness, clarity, approvals, and release authorization. Then file the document into the document control system per established process.
Requisitos:
• High School Diploma or equivalent and (5) year's experience in performing administrative functional duties or an Associate degree with (3) years of experience.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Office 365
• MS Office experience required.
• Basic knowledge of copiers, printers and scanners
• File Systems Experience
• Excellent communication and costumer interface skills.
