Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office tasks. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls using professional phone systems, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members.
Maintain organized filing systems and assist with document management.
Support the Event Content Creator with creating content in canva for websites, social media, and marketing materials.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
Support team members with various clerical duties as needed.
Experience
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Canva.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as communication with diverse clients may be required.
Familiarity with calendar management.
