Job Summary
As our Office Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our office, providing comprehensive support that spans administrative duties, human resources, and marketing and sales efforts. This role is perfect for someone who is a natural at fostering a productive and positive work environment while aligning closely with our corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations and Administration:
Ensure the smooth running of our office on a day-to-day basis, manage supplies, and spearhead administrative tasks to support our team's activities and overall company operations.
Employee Engagement and Human Resources Support:
Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale and satisfaction. Manage HR-related tasks, including onboarding new hires, coordinating performance review processes, and serving as a liaison between employees and management. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Facilities and Vendor Management:
Oversee the maintenance of office facilities. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality services such as cleaning, catering, and security.
Support Marketing and Sales Efforts:
Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to assist in the implementation of strategies that drive business growth. Coordinate logistics for marketing events, manage inventory for sales materials, and support campaign execution.
Financial Management and Budgeting:
Assist with budgeting for office expenses, marketing events, and sales support materials. Keep track of expenditures and contribute to financial planning discussions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in office management, with a strong background in administrative roles, human resources, or support functions for marketing and sales teams.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven leadership abilities with a focus on employee engagement and team motivation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and CRM software.
Discretion in handling confidential information and a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
