Job Description: A leading 3PL in Crown Point, Indiana, is seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to oversee the office operations of their expansive 200,000 sq. ft. distribution center. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and proactive professional to step into a pivotal role within a fast-paced and growing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all office functions, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations. Collaborate with various departments to optimize workflows and improve overall productivity. Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Coordinate schedules, communications, and inter-departmental correspondence. Provide support for HR functions, including onboarding, training coordination, and fostering employee engagement. Monitor and manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a distribution or logistics setting.
