We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Office Manager/Sales Representative to join our team at our Chardon, OH location.
This individual must be a self-starter that has the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. We are looking for candidates that demonstrate empathy and sensitivity, while remaining professional throughout the memorialization process.
While this is primarily a sales role, there are equal parts administrative responsibilities, so organization is a must.
Pay: Starting at $18-$19/hour

Training Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and follow-up as needed. Perform preliminary intake requests. Schedule appointments. Prepare customer proposals. Follow-up on outstanding quotes and applications. Greet customers and assist with inquiries as needed. Educate customers on options available to them. Prepare cemetery applications for Chardon orders. Oversee flower preparation and maintenance. Assist with sales in flower-shop as needed. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: At least one (1) year of sales experience required. At least one (1) year of administrative experience required. Strong customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30am-5pm Saturday OR Sunday: 9:30am-3pm Please note, in an effort to be flexible to our clients' scheduling needs, there may be occasional evening appointments. In this case, flex time is allowed.
