**Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the insurance industry, building strong relationships with clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. **Duties:** - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients. - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted market research, networking, and strategic outreach. - Conduct client consultations to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations. - Build and maintain a network of contacts within the insurance industry to stay informed of market trends and new opportunities. - Utilize sales administration skills to manage and track sales leads, contracts, and other relevant documentation. - Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies and optimize performance. - Stay current with industry developments and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA. - Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and improve overall sales performance. - Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and adhere to a customer-centric sales approach. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues. **Requirements:** - Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field. - Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients who speak Spanish as their primary language. - Strong sales skills and a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies. - Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices. - Familiarity with market research and analysis techniques. - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and their application to insurance sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $420.00 per week
