Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing productivity within the organization.
Duties
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Assist in organizing files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling calls and communicating with clients.
Support the team with clerical duties as needed, including drafting correspondence and preparing reports.
Utilize computer literacy skills to operate various software applications effectively.
Skills
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional customer support capabilities, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Proficient in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
