GRC Executive is seeking an experienced and motivated On-Premise Sales Representative for a well-established beverage company in the Caribbean. This exciting role involves driving the sales, marketing, and promotion of a premium portfolio of beer and liquor brands within the On-Premise distribution channel, targeting high-traffic venues such as bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, and other strategic outlets.
The On-Premise Sales Representative will play a critical role in expanding the company's brand presence and ensuring growth through strategic customer engagement. You will be tasked with executing marketing and promotional initiatives, opening new accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients to drive brand visibility and sales performance.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales, marketing, and promotion strategies within the assigned territory, aligned with the company's overall brand marketing plan.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the On-Premise sector, gaining insights into their business needs and preferences.
Achieve targeted new client acquisitions by opening the specified number of new accounts within the territory.
Ensure repeat sales by executing in-store promotions, including Happy Hours, brand activations, and merchandising initiatives like signage.
Attend client-hosted events to oversee the successful execution of agreed-upon activations and promotional activities.
Optimize sales and delivery routes for maximum efficiency, ensuring timely and effective service.
Maintain a robust client portfolio, managing relationships with 200-250 accounts through regular visits and follow-ups (minimum bi-weekly).
Elevate brand presence by planning and executing promotional campaigns that align with the company's objectives, while consistently monitoring their success.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and launch impactful roll-out campaigns, boosting brand visibility and market penetration.
Develop winning sales proposals in partnership with the marketing team, designed to strengthen relationships with existing clients and attract new business.
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, aimed at increasing product purchases and overall sales.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and become a product expert, offering valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
Negotiate terms of agreements with clients and communicate these terms effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Manage the invoicing process by collecting payments from clients and making timely deposits to the company's designated bank.
Additional Responsibilities:
Log working hours daily using the ADP online system.
Continuously prospect and qualify new potential clients to expand the customer base.
Schedule and deliver product presentations to prospective clients, tailoring content to their specific needs and interests.
Close sales with potential customers, driving revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Execute promotional plans with both new and existing clients to ensure ongoing engagement and brand loyalty.
Report all client interactions and activities for accurate input into the company's CRM system.
Maintain open and effective communication with the company regarding client interactions, competitor insights, deliveries, events, and market opportunities.
Share upcoming Happy Hours, events, and promotions internally and on social media to increase visibility.
Work closely with clients to promote events and promotions on their social media platforms, ensuring they tag the company for further exposure.
Keep a well-developed prospect list for future sales opportunities and growth.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both prospects and existing clients.
Meet or exceed established sales quotas, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth sales operations and delivery processes.
Follow all company procedures to ensure seamless order fulfillment, delivery, and payment collection.
Participate in trade shows, conventions, and other industry-related events as assigned.
Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance overall company performance.
