Main Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required. MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 5 (five) years' experience in the pharmaceutical selling environment, engaging with key thought leaders and influential customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations.
Minimum of 2 (two) years' experience selling Oncology, Specialty, or Biosimilar products is preferred.
Proven experience in Sales & Account management.
Expertise in customer engagement and developing strategic business plans for accounts.
Understanding of local healthcare systems, medicare, medicaid and commercial.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and influence senior management, key thought leaders, and customers.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results with a high level of discipline.
Growth mindset with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
Analytical and planning capabilities.
Strong prioritization skills and strategic decision-making abilities.
Technologically proficient (e.g., MS Office Suite, iPad).
Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within accounts (e.g., Directors of Pharmacy, Senior Procurement Managers, Hospital Management).
Serve as the primary interface for designated products and account business matters.
Coordinate internal functions and divisions in contract negotiations and product listings.
Conduct product promotions and value-based negotiations.
Utilize business acumen and financial skills to develop compelling, value-based offers.
Monitor account performance according to established KPIs and adjust strategies based on insights.
Understand logistical, contracting, and decision-making processes within accounts.
Identify and analyze account stakeholders and their perspectives on our company and competitors.
Develop comprehensive account plans, identifying business opportunities and objectives.
Support contract management by prospecting for opportunities and shaping innovative contract conditions.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account strategies with overall business goals.
Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
Evaluate and manage risks associated with account strategies and plans.
Present account strategies and performance updates to senior management.
