The candidate will be a part of our Cyber Product Line DevOps team. Our IRM DevOps team supports all of risk management teams, tools, and capabilities.
The candidate will be working with the various teams such as the stakeholder/primary end user of OneTrust TPRM, incumbent professional services resources (for transition/onboarding), and the IRM DevOps team.
The candidate will be assigned directly on a OneTrust TPRM migration/mapping deliverable. The vendor data in our previous OneTrust TPRM module was flat and did not have a hierarchy. The new hierarchy is Parent Vendor > Child Vendor > Engagements. The candidate will be working with the incumbent professional service partner to onboard into this activity and is expected to be able to eventually take over the developed hierarchy migration/mapping process. This request is a part of an ongoing OneTrust TPRM project and consists of, but not limited to the following activities: Create Vendor records: Establish Parent Vendor records in OneTrust Create/Update Child Vendor Records: Link existing or create new child vendor records Create Engagements: Consolidate engagements under appropriate parent and child vendor hierarchies Data Validation: Work with TPCRM Ops Team to review and validate Data Mapping: Provide old to new vendor mapping to OneTrust Professional services who will be running the background script.
In addition to the vendor hierarchy mapping/migration activity. The selected candidate will be an extension of our IRM DevOps team in providing evergreen support and development of OneTrust TPRM module.
Preferred qualifications: OneTrust Certifications - "OneTrust Certified Professional" or more advanced TPRM certifications. Strong understanding of the end-to-end TPRM process. Ability to work directly with stakeholders of various levels. The candidate must have prior experience in supporting and developing OneTrust TPRM. i.e. Modifying and configuring templates, workflows, triggers, attributes, roles, assessments, etc.
