Requirements For all FOH openings, a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant hospitality experience in an upscale restaurant is required (strong guest service skills may be considered for select positions) Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify) legally Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction Customer-oriented and planning skills Courteous and attentive to guests Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as staying on your feet, climbing stairs, and carrying heavy objects An essential part of the job is being available on a flexible schedule and being willing to work outside "office hours." The base pay range for this position is a salary range of 16.00-22.00 USD Hourly per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
