RNs with up to 3 years of relevant experience qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. RNs with 3 or more years of relevant experience qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. This bonus will be paid over the course of two years working at the organization and will scale based on experience and employee status when hired. We have many shift opportunities including days, nights, and weekends with options for full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, promoting, and evaluating quality patient care, as well as providing teaching to patients, families, and the public while following the organization's mission, vision, and values.
