We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual (Mandarin and English)
Operation Support Specialist
to oversee administrative tasks and hotline customer service operations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations.
Supervise the hotline support team, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues.
Coordinate and support cross-departmental administrative needs, including document management, scheduling, and communication.
Handle and resolve escalated customer service inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administrative and customer service operations.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics for both administrative and hotline support teams.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Act as a liaison between the operations team and other departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.
Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Bilingual proficiency in both Mandarin and English
(written and spoken) is required.
