Your Tasks and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: DataAnalysis and Reporting to ensure all invoices fromagents/suppliers/clients are tracked and properly accrued/paid. Utilizelogistics spreadsheets; software and tools to track and analyze theperformance and data accuracy. Lead tosupport accounts payable for all incoming invoices. Lead tosupport accounts receivable for all outgoing invoices. Prepareand present regular reports as needed/required. Toensure all documentation is completed in line with the requirements aswell as trade & compliance. Identifytrends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Assist withday-to-day invoicing operations duties. Cost Control and Management: Implement cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget constraints. Track project expenditures and compare them against budget allocations. Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose strategies to optimize project spending. Project Performance Monitoring: Review work in progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones. Prepare reports and presentations on project status and financial performance for management review. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate project financial records and documentation for audit purposes. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory or contractual requirements. What You Can Contribute: Minimumof 5 years of experience in Global logistics or supply chain management,preferably in the Freight Forwarding industry. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply ChainManagement, Business Administration, or a related field, highly desirable. Experience in managing 3 PL providers includingperformance management. Proven Experience with strong background intransportation costs. Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proficientin Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT. Cargowiseknowledge is desirable. What we offer you:
