We are seeking a new Optician to join our team. The ideal candidate's role will be to promote patient retention and loyalty. Initiate contact with potential patients, identify needs, and build solutions that drive revenue. The ideal candidate will report to our Director of Operations. What You Will Do: Guide patients in the selection of optical products to accommodate their prescription and financial requirements. Board Management: Maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet the needs of our patients. Assist patients with frame adjustments and repairs. Build and maintain relationships with patients and key personnel within our referring physicians. Provide occasional support with front desk duties.
