Job Title: Order Entry Coordinator
Job Description
This position will act as the intermediary between customers, suppliers, engineers, and the sales team, assisting with ordering necessary parts for customers' pumps. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring the email inbox, assisting customers with diagnosing issues, collaborating with the internal team for solutions, ordering required parts, quoting and sending purchase orders (POs), and ensuring the solution has resolved the issue. While primary communication is through email, you will frequently need to troubleshoot issues over the phone.
