Our goal is simple, we do our best to take care of you, and you do yours to take care of your direct reports and clients.Our therapists are highly compensated (base hourly pay, commission splits, performance bonuses and more). They also have the flexibility to manage their own caseload at a comfortable level, focus their efforts on specialties and work in a warm, inviting office. Desired experience and qualifications:Required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated fieldRequired to be a fully licensed mental health professional with a valid state of New Jersey license and be a board-approved supervisorPrefer experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adultsPrefer experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schoolsPrefer a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentationWill ideally have a history of being credentialed with insurance providersResponsibilities include:Offer supervision for pre-licensed cliniciansEvaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including additional diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyProvide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each sessionCoordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainingsOther stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and essential to your role ;)Sense of humor will undoubtedly help as well!Flexible work from home options available.
