Outside Sales Manager - Renewable Energy Location: Brooklyn, NY
Pay: (Contract to Hire) $75,000-$80,000 base + commissions & bonuses; $140k expected OTE
Schedule: 40 hours per week (some evenings/weekends)
ExecuSource is seeking an Outside Sales Manager. As part of this position, you'll take on the role of a solar consultant while also overseeing and empowering a group of consultants. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service and surpassing sales goals.

What you get to do: Acquire new clients for solar installations. Review and customize solar designs for customers. Provide quotes and explain incentives. Assist customers with loan applications. Generate leads. Drive team to exceed monthly quotas and goals. Assist in recruitment, hiring, and training. Analyze market trends for improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Mentor and develop team members. Contribute to strategic planning with VP of Sales & Marketing. What you need to succeed: 3+ years of sales experience. Valid Driver's license. Managerial experience. Highly prefer solar sales experience. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Proficiency in solar equipment and installations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility for travel and irregular hours. Strong problem-solving and technical skills. Passion for clean energy and our mission.
