Job Description:
* Plan, prep and instruct WFD students in culinary programs
* Teach skills required to pass Serv Safe and other culinary instructional programs in English and Spanish
* Be responsible for organization and clean-up of kitchen facilities as directed
* Manage certification process and online portals for certificates and renewal
* Support student learning with virtual or on-site availability
* Work with divisions leadership and staff to plan and offer programs in WFD or community education
* Work faculty and staff in other divisions to coordinate space usage and materials
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of culinary back of the house experience
* All relevant certifications for teaching such as Serv Safe Instructor certification
* Industry standard culinary degree or certificate and/or BA or BS preferred
* Teaching experienced preferred
Additional Information:
*Hourly rate: $45/hr. @ 10/hr. per week*
