Paid Media Lead

Fast growing firm in the Health and Wellness tech space is looking for a Paid Social Media Lead to join their Growth team.
This role will report to the Head of Growth and work cross functionally across departments.
Individual will help scale social media marketing channels and drive traffic. We are looking for a strategic thinker excited to assist in the growth of an expanding company.
Responsibilities: Build new campaigns and optimize existing campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other paid channelsOptimize campaign performance and coordinate new campaignsTest campaign structure, creative, and data-driven campaign strategies to continuously improve and refine performanceCommunicate results to senior leadershipIdentify trends and insights to track, monitor and optimize performance against key KPIs Experience 2+ years experience utilizing data within direct response paid media Data-driven with strong Excel, analytical skillsExperience in a direct response CPG ecommerce brand preferred but not requiredTeam-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-orientedStartup and/or e-commerce / retail experience is a plus
