Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing various interventional pain management techniques. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes. Educate patients and their families on effective pain management strategies and self-care techniques. Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records and documentation. Requirements Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine. Completion of a Pain Fellowship program. Anesthesia or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) background are welcome to apply. New graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Must possess active medical licenses in Illinois.
