**Job Id:** 266 **# of Openings:** 1 **Position Summary:** Position that sandblasts, cleans and paints compressors and all other equipment as directed with moderate supervision. **Job Description:** Operates cleaning equipment and prepares equipment for painting Ability to mix specific types of paint systems and applies these to customer and company specifications Ability to sandblast equipment to customer and company specifications Masks and feathers old paint in preparation for new paint. Must have knowledge of required tools and maintenance care Assists with paint compliance logs Verify paint thickness and blast anchor patterns Ability to be certified to drive a forklift Follows all relevant HSE guidelines Promotes and supports safety, production, and a positive attitude Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department **Required Test:** None **Preferred Education and Experience:** High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent preferred and/or training Minimum three (3) years industrial experience **Physical Strain:** Bending, squatting, climbing, pulling, stooping, twisting, reaching, working at elevated heights Lifting up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 30 pounds Must comply with all OSHA regulations regarding paint safety procedures Must be able to work outside in extreme temperatures or in a shop environment This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
