Paralegal

Insight Global's client is looking to hire a Paralegal for a union company that represents various community projects.
Day to day responsibilities vary as the candidate will travel to different field sites with a Field leader once or twice a week. Company transportation is provided. The remainder of the role will be in the office.
Maintaining effective communication with attorneys, clients, insurance adjusters, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projectsPerforming documentation and data handling for these cases / legal projectsFollowing up with clients and vendors to help projects move alongDemonstrating key performance indicators and driving tasks to completion with minimal supervisory oversightAssisting with administrative responsibilities as needed in the officePerform electronic filing of confidential documents Must-Haves: Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate (preferred)2+ years of work experience as a Paralegal or Legal ExecutiveExperience with e-filing - this will be a common responsibility in this roleMust be professional and hard workingMicrosoft Suite - Word, PPT, light ExcelBilingual (Spanish) - preferredValid Driver's License Plusses: FOIA ExperienceBilingual (Spanish) - preferred Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
