Part-Time Career Coach For Us-Based Pipeline

IMPACT Group is seeking a part-time career coach to join our US-based pipeline of coaches. We focus on relocation, outplacement, and leadership development solutions, empowering individuals to find and grow great careers. The ideal candidate will be based in the Kansas City, MO area and have at least three years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching. This remote, casual position requires approximately 10-20 hours per week, with responsibilities including providing 1:1 coaching, guiding employees through milestone completion, advising on career development, resume writing, interview preparation, and maintaining electronic service delivery records. A master's degree and coaching certification are highly regarded.
