Responsibilities
Own the front desk & be the welcoming face of the office. This includes meeting & greeting visitors (guests, interviewees, customers, vendors etc.), managing incoming & outgoing deliveries and keeping the organization's access control system up to date. Be the first point-of-contact for all employees at the San Francisco corporate office, including new hires & visiting employees. Monitor the internal messenger system to track & respond to employee queries in a friendly & efficient manner. Support with meeting room coordination and set-up. Other administrative duties as needed.
