POSITION SUMMARY: A HHA Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of ongoing communication with referral and intake sources for all patients. The HHA Coordinator shall plan for home healthcare service coverage. The HHA Coordinator is responsible for management of current schedule for home care workers, while striving to ensure that patient/family are satisfied and receiving excellent customer service. This position affords flexibility with the available schedules being evenings and weekends.
