*Job Description:*
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate physical therapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a part-time independent contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and a passion for integrative and holistic health practices. Our physical therapists work closely with our physicians, naturopaths, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement customized treatment plans that promote healing and recovery.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions.
* Develop individualized treatment plans to achieve specific goals and improve patients' quality of life.
* To treat patients, utilize various techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
* Educate patients on injury prevention, health maintenance, and wellness.
* Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
* Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and integrative medicine.
*Qualifications:*
* Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
* Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
* Strong understanding of integrative and holistic health principles.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience working in an integrative or holistic healthcare setting.
* Certification in specialized areas such as orthopedics, sports therapy, or manual therapy.
* Bilingual skills are a plus.
